Return Process

Shipping the Return

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will reflect the purchase price of the returned product, less any applicable shipping charges, unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or a replacement item, please indicate this when you request the RMA. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
